Wood Fire Roasted

We use wood fire roasting in our process because it adds a smooth and natural finish to our coffees. The oak wood allows the coffee beans to develop in a more gradual way that highlights some of the more subtle flavor notes of the coffee. Wood fire is the way coffee was originally roasted and we think it's still the best way to get a quality cup. Our fire roasting process results in one of the best balanced and smoothest cups of coffee around.
